Yeah, The New York Times says come to Caracas. Sure, you may die or be robed, but the Avila National Park is so nice! If anyone thought Juan Forero wasn't absolutely confused about life this article should dispel any doubts. The restaurants recommended are not the best. But worst yet is that every single place he recommends is owned and operated by an opposer of the government... wonder why that is...
