°La Octaviera! We are proud to announce La Octaviera (link to announcement in spanish), a huge event for all people whose first or second last name is Octavio. There is basically only one branch in Venezuela which separated in three, each descendant of my grand father or one of his siblings. We have a genealogical tree and everything. There are about 400 of us, we are thinking about 150 will attend. It's not too late if you are out there... Show them you are proud to be an Octavio!

I do a lot of searches for my own site and I've noticed lately that Yahoo Search is performing better than Google. MSN search, on the other hand, still sucks, it seems to imitate Google from a week ago or so. Today I noticed that Yahoo Search is doing much better in the searches I have complained so much about. If Yahoo Search had an I'm feeling lucky button you could type Alfredo Octavio press it and get to this site. Google inexplicable still has an outdated version of another page in the first place of that search. I've decided is time for competition. I'm going to keep both search boxes here and see which one does better from here to New Years. Let the best search win!
